Due process is defined in the Fifth Amendment, and it is granted to "ALL persons." If they can strip your neighbors of their constitutional rights, they can strip you of yours. 

If we are EVER to achieve the ideals expressed in the United States Constitution, it is up to us to stand for the vision that our founders, and our grandfathers fought and died for... a society built upon "liberty and justice FOR ALL."
